Mr. Nick Yu is the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of PAG Private Equity. He brings over 26 years of financial experience across mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, IPOs, and post-deal services.
Prior to joining PAG, Nick served as the Chief Financial Officer of a China-focused private equity fund. He previously worked at PwC, KPMG, and a Fortune 500 company, where he held various positions over more than nine years, gaining broad experience across financial and operational functions.
Nick is a Fellow Member of HKICPA and ACCA, a CFA Charterholder, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and a Member of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (MHKSI).
